My experience at the” y” summer school for the first week was very enjoyable with the kids. I learnt how to be patient and kind especially when they needed help in the subjects that they are not good in or don’t understand very well.

Before we got into the classroom we did a workshop with Ms. Stacey and Ms.Cuellar who  talk to us about LOVE,RESPONSIBILITY,RESPECT,CARING  and  LOYALTY. I gathered a lot of notes about those 5 character values. Ms.Stacey thought us how to communicate with the children, how to care for the children and how not to put pressure on them. I believe that dealing with children takes a lot of time patients and responsibility. Reason being is that “Dealing with children is dealing with the future of tomorrow”.
